MR Léo : Pourquoi j’ai fait le remix de « Jamais Jamais » avec Flavour

Après ces collaborations pleins de succès avec le chanteur Congolais, Hiro dans ‘J’taime’ ainsi que le chanteur Beninois, Faniko dans ‘Je suis moi comme ça’, Mr. Leo récolte encore une autre grande collaboration avec l’icone de musique Nigérien, Flavour Nabania pour le remix de son hit single « Jamais Jamais ». Il nous donne les raisons de ce choix porté sur Flavour et pas un autre artiste.

Pourquoi Tu as fait un remix de ton hit single « jamais jamais »

Jamais Jamais is one of my biggest songs that cut across our Cameroonian borders, personally, I always felt like it needed something more. Though it already was a big hit with over 7million views, I always wanted to give it something more and make it even bigger. So many people across Africa loved the original version, a remix was always on my mind for it.

Et Pourquoi avoir choisi la star Nigériane Flavour pour ce remix?

When I performed the original version at the ‘OneFest’ music festival in USA last year, so many Nigerians went crazy over the song even though they didn’t understand most part of what I sang because of the French. So I had so many Nigerian artist who proposed doing a remix for ‘Jamais jamais’ like Psquare. When I traveled to Nigeria earlier this year, that’s January, My team reached out to Flavour for a featuring and amongst the songs, he too fell in love with ‘Jamais Jamais’. His delivery on the song was really good so I decided to get the remix done with him.
