A la découverte de Pierre Bosco Tiako

Prior to ville Juif Pierre had begun playing volleyball at a competitive level which continued on as he played for several national 1^st division volleyball teams throughout the 1990’s, including Belgium, Algeria, Morocco, Gabon and Cameroon. In addition to his years of volleyball playing and conditioning Pierre is also a certified International coach. Somewhere during this time he found a passion for music and began “Djing” in 1990 later earning his status as an International Dj.

Pierre decides to make a change in his life and moved to United States in 1993 where he began working for Washington Sport Clubs while also pursing his DJ career. He worked his way through Washington Sports clubs, completing their personal trainer course in 1998 and later earned his personal trainer certification through the national Academy of sports and medicine. Pierre joins regency with many years of personal training experience. He combines his athletic background with black belt 3^rd degree judo and training/conditioning experience to provide well round exercise routines that help focus on balance/core stability technique with a wide range of exercises.
