Kendrick Lamar a remporté le plus de prix lors de la cérémonie, six prix au total : Lyriciste de l’année – Artiste Rap de l’année – Réalisateur vidéo de l’année – Performer de l’année – Clip de l’année (Family Ties) – Album de l’année.
